How to stop Garmin Connect from syncing

I don't want gamin connect to sync when I hook up my notebook with the 66st. Matter of fact I would like to just kill it somehow. I only use the gps for navigating and don't want or need any of the other connect to what ever stuff.

Look under Device Settings > Auto Upload in Garmin Connect mobile app.
