On my old eTrex20 I could set the colour of the current trace that's being formed as I paddle along a river. Pity the eTrex is now at the bottom of the Murray River after a spill. Is there any way to set the colour of the trace on the GPSMAP 66S. The dark colour of the trace is lost on the blue of waterways. I don't mean the colour of a saved track.

Open the Recording Controls page, press (right) to select the Information Tab, then press (Menu > Select Color).

Using 3.10, i cannot find the option to change track color


I press
Setup - recording with the following options
Record method
Interval
Auto pause
Auto start
Activity type
Advanced setup


But i cannot find an option for change current track color

Please - can anyone give me a hint - thank you

I read the post about 10 times, but could not find the information tab by pressing right

I could not find any function by pressing the right cursor.

You'll need to read the second post in this thread more than 10 times then....

Haha, never thought it might be here - my brain is still working with 60csx, 62 and 64 - therefore, that icon was never an option for me.
