My sincerest apologies to all who have sent membership requests for the forum, but I just discovered today (quite by accident) that something was not set up correctly by my host and I was not receiving all my emails, so many of you never heard back from me. I have gone through dozens of emails today and responded as requested. Many accounts have been activated (better late than never, eh?).
