Vibration and tones cannot turn off

My 67i has just started vibrating constantly and the tone sounds. I have tried turning off and back on but still the same. Does someone know the cause and how I fix this. Thx

Which firmware version is installed?

What is configured in Setup > Tones > Sounds?

Maybe you have an unread message and have ring until read enabled. Under setup in IR messages you can turn off ring until read. Otherwise it will continue to ring until the message is read. For the vibration check In setup under tones at the top under sounds, you can select vibrate on or off or combined with tones. I just wish they would make it so the tones are louder because you need exceptional hearing in my opinion to hear them.
