SkyWatch app for Oregon 750

Hello,

This post is partly meant to get things rolling in the Oregon 7x0 discussion forum and partly to let everyone know that the SkyWatch connect IQ app can now be loaded onto the Oregon. It's a fairly worthwhile app and shows the location of various celestial bodies through the use of the units compass.

Anyway, I look forward to future discussions here on GPSrChive.com

I played with it a little bit, was hoping for a little more... but it is a GPSr first 8^)

I think it more like a gimmick.
You cannot expect more from a GPS with this kind of processor and screen resolution.
I use "Sky Map' on my Android Nexus 5X, which is much better.
The next App will be "Tic Tac Toe'
